Property car parking

Dear Sir, The builder has handed over my car parking as per agreement. One Flat Owner intentionally parking his car in my alloted area as I dont have car. The Association of Flat Owners is under process for Formation. Where should I approach in this type of matter.

You can give objection in writing so that he cannot take undue advantage at a later date.
