Property advice

If i take a property on behalf of my company (which has other directors also) so now taking on companies behalf n later transfer the property on my name can it be fissile?

Its directors company who has 49% share in the company n the property is taken by him in companies name then later can he transfer with the MoU with other directors?

If the MoU is signed among the directors then it can be done
