Property

Sir

Recently my father went for a partition deed to settle a property dispute with her niece which was carring on for 30 years. My father colaborated with the builder and went for the construction of the house after getting mutated and freehold in his name.

My father got Ground ,Second & Terrance whereas my father's niece was given third floor without terrace rights as mentioned in Partition Deed.

The propert was partitioned some 2 months ago .Now my father's niece is saying that the terrace above the third floor is also her's as she is the owner of third floor whereas in partition deed we had written that the terrace wights will remain with my father.

Now i am worried as the builder has to give us possession of the house and she can create some problem for us .

KINDLY GIVE US ADVISE AS TO WHAT WE SHOULD DO IF FIRSTLY WHETHER SHE CAN CREATE ANY DISPUTE AND SECONDLY IF SHE CAN CREATE ANY PROBLEM FOR US THEN WHAT SHOULD BE OUR COURSE OF ACTION.

KINDLY ADVISE AND GUIDE
