Sir, I have a property in Surat. The property was given to me by my aunty now I want to sale that land for that which are the documents I need my name to be transferred pls give a detail descripttion. 2) Whether probate is required in Surat Gujarat or a registered will is enough to transfer my name in property card or city survey I am situated in Bangalore so don't know much about Surat laws please provide me correct information.
