Dear all, i will be divorced mutually by end of march 2014. I want to remarry a lady who was divorced and has a son as well. She was divorced mutually as well, without any alimony/child support/right of father to visit etc. I want to know how to go about our son's name change AND me becoming his legal father after the marriage. Can the sons biological father create any fuss legally for us ? Many thanks in advance.
