Proceeding u/s 482

Hiii Everyone

I need ur expert view on the following mentioned options regarding which option is better one...

1. Quashing U/s 482

                    or

2. Proceeding before Session Court.

The case was filed U/s 376 & we r confused whether to argue in session court or vl file Quashing application U/s 482, as we have received the Charge sheet & now we hv no. of positive charges on which we can comment.

Plz suggest.
