Procedures to withdraw a criminal case

Sir, few months back i have agreed to a marriage proposal but at the realization of some bad habit of the girl.i withdrew from that marriage proposal.As the revenge they filed a false case at police station by the sections of Dowry prohibition act section 4 and 420IPC.Now the girl married to an another man.Now the police going to submit the charge sheet at court.now the petitioner agreed to withdraw the petition filed earlier.How can i withdraw the case from the court.Please help me by providing a solution
