Help and advice needed to get my Grandfathers property.
1. Family Tree
2. Death certificate of my Father.
3. Proof for I am the son of my Father (Legal Heir)
4. Schooling certificate (TC)
MY FATER LEFT HIS VILLAGE AND COME TO BANGALORE.
My Father had fought with my Grandfather over the marriage issue and left his village to settle down in Bangalore. In 1974 Grandfather was taken signature on stamp paper and registered which, stats that he does’ not like to live in joint family and paid Rs 2000 and left the village.
MARRAGE:
My Father and Mother got married in 70's (exact date my mother not remembered) my mother is 64 years old now, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENT that supporting their marriage and I was born on 1975.
SEPARATED:
My Father and Mother got separated when I was 5 years old.
MY FATER WAS EXPIRED:
My father was expired in temple which we came to know after 10 years of his death.
PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE KNOWS ME AS MY FATER’S SON:
Village people knows me as my father’s son including his brother and all his family members.
PROPERTY DIVIDED:
Existing 3 brothers have divided property leaving my father aside, after my grandfather was expired.
WHAT OTHER BROTHERS SAYING NOW:
We don’t have any property belonging to your father to handover.
