My mother and me have been living in a Residence, more than 30 years.

My father tries to sale the Property without our Acceptance.
He gets the right, after his father. The Property had been purchased by Grandma, initially.

My father is not with us due to personal contradictions, for the past few years

My mother is a Home Maker. I am Jobless, now.
We wish to restrict the Transaction over the property, by the way of specifying our 30 Years Possession.

Is it the right way?
or Is there any other alternative way to protect the Property from third person's Intervention.

My father acquires some debts.
He shows himself as an Insolvent Person, in Court, while the case has been filed by the Creditors.
Court is in the stage to attach the Property, to solve the issue.
