The GPA made by the person in jail is valid and re-affirming the same by afidavit is also valid.

Rohit: Can you please give me your e-mail address? Is it possible to get a copy of the Notary's register page that shows the person signed the POA? I'd like to know what your fees for this would be if you can do it or know anybody that can obtain this for me. The POA was in Mumbai.
