Plz help me

Dear Sir, Mera Naam Akash Joshi Hai. Mai West Bengal Howrah ka niwasi hu. humlogo ne 2 flats vibhgyore co. se kharidi thi. humloge ne full payment kar diya lekin usne abhi tak humare flat ki registry nahi ki hai. hume kisi se milne nahi diya jata. 2012 se ye pending hai koi ph rec nahi karta, sir hum kya kare plz help me
