dear experts,
i have file my petition FOR MCD in proper manner and got 1st motion date.
can any body tell me what will happen on 1st motion date?
do i will meet the judge that day?
what kind of questions can be asked?
for how long the session will go?
any list of Do's and Dont for that day?
plzzz give your valuble advice.thx

if u applie for ist motion i believe till now u have already got listed up and first motion has been done
if not
the questions will be
1.when ur marriage happened
2.when u started living seperately
3.ddo u really want divorce
4any think which u have mentioned in MOU
5.alimony amount,and how u gonna pay
after that te judge will give u next date for second motion which will be after 6 monts

as above said the same theory will apply for every one but
1 judge will ask why you want to take divorce
2. if kids then who will take care and how
