Please suggest what i need do to acquire those lands.

Hi All,

My grandfather were three brothers. We have a vasiyat which is written on 1924.According to vasiyat,my grand father name was not written on it. But they divide the land on three part verbally and written in a normal paper that who have which land. We are paying tax together. Still the khatian have that person name who written this vasiat. Now all grandfather died.

Now other grandfather son are saying that your grandfather name is not there as per vasiat.so you don't have any land.

Please suggest what I need do to acquire those lands.
