Please help me to come over this case. really challenging.

Mr.X has his ancestral unpartitioned properties of his father. Mr.X gets a release deed from his sisters and another sister's sons since he didn't have any children. With confidence that Mr.X has no children his sisters gave him release deed for the entire unpartitioned ancestral properties. After 2 years of getting release deed of the properties Mr.X Passed away. All the whole of the entire unpartitioned ancestral properties now belong to Mr.X's wife. Mr.X's wife gives her husband's entire ancestral properties to her brother, without the knowledge of Mr.X's sisters and sister's sons. Now the entire unpartitioned ancestral properties of Mr.X and his sisters are in the hands of Mr.X's wife's brother. Mr.X's wife and her brother cheated Mr.X's sisters and their sons. Is there any possible legal remedies which can be executed? Is there any judgement produced from any lower and higher courts? Can Mr.X's sisters regain their ancestral properties?
