I was married to girl 30 years back.She dont have childern.she cheated me and made property like p.sujatha W/O PThirupati reddy (Which is purchased by me)in her name.She had froden me and left me 30 years back by taking money,jewel,propery. And also filed case against me and claimed 50000.Know she is planning to give property to her brother. I then married to 2nd girl where in I have 3 sons. Query:How can I/my 2nd wife/my 2nd wife sons get my property back.Can I file cheating case against her
As u have not given divorce to your first wife, your 2nd marriage is not valid in law and your first wife is your legally wedded wife in the eyes of law.
You can't do a thing to your legally wedded wife. You can't prove that she took what you claim belonged to yuu.
How have you woken up after 30 years. If you have married a second time without divorcing the first wife, and if she proves it in a court of law, you will be charged under Bigamy law.
What is the provocation for doing what you want to do now?
Dear Punnam sudheer, according to me u intended to purchase property in favor of ur wife from ur hard earned money is it not? if u intended so ur transaction is hit by sec 3 & 4 of Benami transaction act, unless contrary is prooved.
