Dear Sir,
My car is on loan from HDFC bank. My friend cheated on me by taking the car and never returned it back. i went ahead and filed cheating case against my friend and missing of my car. But bank ppl are behind me for repayment of loan which i havent done for three months.
What will happen if am not repaying the loan amount and what should i do now? Please guide me.
