Perjury

By suppressing her job wife got interim maintenance. When it was proved by husband that wife was working, her maintenance rejected. In all her execution cases filed false affidavit and declared herself as unemployed. Can a case be filed for perjury?

Yes you can file APPLICATION U/S 340 READ WITH SECTION 195 CrPC.
