I am Working in Indian Railways since 15 years, due to bad health I am not interested to continue anymore in Service In Railways, SO I would like to Resign from my Service. Am I eligible to Pensionary benifits if my Resignation gets accepted please advice me.

Even after 20 years of qualifying service (having received pay for full 240 months in regular capacity) the pension is admissible only in case of VR and not on resignation.
right now you can get pension only if the deptt retires you on medical grounds (not on your request).
