I was a govt employee when this case was filed against me in 2011. The guy and his wife falsely accused me of beating them (which honestly, I didn’t do) to grab their land (which is right now is with Govt. Of India). I was a govt employee then and they have filed two cases, one for the husband and one for his wife, that I’ve beaten them both at different dates, for one of the dates I’ve proof that I was out of city, and that case is still pending. Both parties have eye witnesses obviously, he has lying ones and I’ve the ones that says, “They know me, and I cannot do such thing”.
What should I do, I am stuck waiting for these cases even today after getting retired. I am frustrated and stuck. I want to live my retirement days in peace. But these cases are keeping me up at an age of 60 years.
