My wife has filed a 125 case to get the maintenence for herself and her minor son, who is living with her.
On next hearing, judge will hear the arguments from both the lawyers and then will produce the judgement.
I would like to know, judge will give the verdict on the same day on which final arguments will be done or in the next hearing he will deliever the verdict. Will my wife filed another petition in the FC after the judgement for the payment and how much time I will get to pay the arrears.
