Dear Sir ,

I have joined a nationalised bank in Oct 2010 after taking VRS from IAFin clerical cadre. My pay was not fully protected during my fixation in the bank. For Banks Clerk pay scale are 7200 to 19300 after thsi stafation increment are given every after three years.

In  my case my pay in IAF was more than bank staganation point i.e 19300/= as per GOI rules my Pay in Band + GradePay + DA is to be considered while pay fixation, which is higher than 19300/= . I have given an application in my bank for reconsideration for pay fixataion and release stagnation increments.

Please clarify and guide me.
