We had sent a partnership form 1A for registration last year. The form was returned after 9 monhts with a reason - name details not sufficient along with a letter from the registrar of firms telling us to reply in 30 days. This was not done. now what will be the status of teh filing receipt . do we have to apply for regn. afresh??

if you had replied in 30 days as time given by the registrar you can try once by submitting the application requesting for some more time mentioning some solid ground for not repling within 30 days ,

if application is allowed you need not to apply fresh otherwise you have to follow again.
