Dear Sirs, Kindly suggest me the following : On the basis of father's income, mother acquired property. The family has Two brothers and a Daughter who married in the year 1964. ( before the year 2005 ). In which section under the daughter will get equal share of the property ? Whether she will eligible for equal share as she married in the year 1964 ? Is there any furhter appeal for this to avoid equal share of the children ?
The property is 1000 sqr meter consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor totally 15 rooms. If partition occurs, in which way, it will be divided ? How the 1000 sqr meter property will be divided in equal share ?
