Partition of Agricultural Land

We have a agricultural land of about 1.383 acres. My father have six more brothers. All of them have divided equally among themselves without any documentary support ,and serially alloted the land to all of them and all are useing it for the last 35 years. Now as the land is too less that it can depended for livlyhood. Youngest three have decided to sell their share. 1. Can they sell there share? 2. Khasra is same and khata is same and circle rate is same. The elder two are obstructing that exchange with us as your share is closer yo road that theirs. That are the legal options available for both of them? That is the youngest three and eldest two.
