Partition in property

Hi all,

Thanks in advance.

Please assist me in following issue. In my family, a property partition case was filed and began to a settlement as mutual understand between us in 2012. After the judgement as of, we didn't got our part of properties till date. expect my family all other relations got their portions as a sale deed (not as a settlement), may i appeal to court now for it ?

Is there is any way to solve this issue with out any case .

Your query is not clear.

Was the family settlement/understanding arrived at written down and signed by everyone and do you have its copy?

Was this family settlement/understanding arrived at written down and signed by everyone, registered and submitted to court?

Do you have copy of the judgment by court? Has any share been allotted to you?

What is the opinion of your lawyer that appeared on your behalf?

You may show the judgment and all other docs to an able lawyer specializing in family/property/civil matters and understand all options,merits and remedies.
