Sir,

My Father in law has a property worth Rs.1 Crore, and now he died without writing will or anything.

He has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Iam wife of elder son. My mother in law is alive.

Now, May i know, who are all have legal rights in that property at what share?

If it is self acquired property of your father in Law & he professess Hindu religion, then , if he has died intestate [without leaving will] then his sons, daughteres and wife will get a equal share in his property. However, if any of his son or daughter is not alive , then the share of such such predeceased son or daughter willl again be divided between his or her legal heirs-[ i.e wife, sons or daughter as the case may be.]
