My grand father has two sons & two daughters property divided for two dughters and between the brothers property was in joint property. Now elder brother was expired and he doesn't have the children & has only wife widow nd the other brother has one son. so if the property left out belongs to whom? whether her wife? or the child of brother?

in that case, the widow of the elder brother and the son of the younger brother (only if the younger brother has expired) shall be the legal heirs and joint owner of the said property.

Elder brother's wife is legally entitled to get 1/2 share of joint property and rest 1/2 share of property will go to yonger brother.
