Hello Sir/Madam,
We bought a flat in 2005and it was ready to move building. However the builder insisted we buy the parking lot as it has space only for 8 apts and not 10. thus we bought the space by payng Rs.75000. The builder who still owns 3 apartments in the building did not show the exact parking space. Just showed us the space around. However we were unaware that the parking space alloted does not even fit in a Santro car until we recently purchased one. Since then we are struggling to get the parking space. The builder who stll owns more than 8ft parking space is refusing to give us the space.
Can you please advice and let us know if this can be taken legally. Are we suppose to buy the parking space in the first place. Isn't this somehting that builder has to provide. Also the one alloted is not enough for even the smallest car to be parked. Is there any solution.
