Please anybody can help me. My previous company not paid my p.f. amount to EPF office, but deducted from my salary for 2 years and they paid only for 1 month. What should I do now.

It is cognizable offence.
You can lodge complaint thru RPFC in nearest office under proper acknowledgment, police, DCDRF, O/O Labor Commissioner, and approach media, Employee's/Trade Unions............

Hi,
You can approch to EPF Department in written application in which you should mention the issue alongwith PF withdrawal form i.e. Form 19 & 10C. It will be better if your withdrawal form attested by the bank manager. After that enforcement officer of epf will go to the company & resolve the issue. NO body can stop your epf.
