Dear Sir;
I reside in building built by owner in 1971 in south Mumbai
Owner constructed building of about 14000 sq .mt. And had plot area of about 11000 consuming
Fsi of 1.33 available at that time. But made conveyance of plot area of only 3500 sq.mt in the name of society.
I would like to know whether society is legal owner of entire plot of about 11000 sq mt. As the building was build considering entire plot Fsi.
And now owner wants to build other building on balance plot whether he is entailed to build or we can stop him.
