Online lost report!!!

I have file a Online lost report for mobile loss of mother on 03 July 2018 (time is 10.00am) but later on 03 July 2018 around 9.00pm someone call me and said that he has found a mobile which belong to my mother, so i take it back. Now my question is how to withdrawal the lost report or what steps I need to take so that Police department will not search for the same and lost report will be close as soon as possible.
