We own a 200sq. feet garage in a society where in the landlord has transfered his rights to a redeveloper. We own the property since 2000 year. Would the builder be liable to give a garage after redevelopment or is there any alternative constrain to this and negotiating a best price is only the option. Will he need to have garage in his new plan of construction after redevelopment for us. The garage is meant for personal and office use. Please reply. Regards, Amol
