Hi , i have my property and have rented the same for commercial use from last 3 years.After new committee has come they have objection against renting the residential flat for commercial purpose.I can see same faced in new committee and they had no objection earlier.Since my building is situated new station most of the flats in the building are utilised for commercial purpose and this is going on from last 11 years.Few days back soceity came with notice of 15 days to vacate the flat otherwise penalty of Rs.5000 per month.Kindly help and show me the legal way out of this.
