My OBC Certifcate was issued by Right To Public Services Bihar the sl no indicated on certificate for caste is 13 but the verification copy available on RTPS website displays 129 can it create a problem but my caste in listed on scbc.gov.in website
Please help your advice will be highly appreciated

I thing you should get is corrected immeditely because there is a possiblity of getting you in trouble latter on. Most Official in BIHAR are in the habit of pointing out unnecessary lacuna in the certificates.
