Nullify a registered document

I made a mistake. Assuming that I am giving a power of attorney to my brother, I have signed and registered a legal document stating I am giving up my rights to my deceased father's property. My question is, is it possible to nullify the existing document? Thank you.

Pl try to understand the meaning of Power of Attorney, by way of Power of Attorney, you do not give to anyone any ownership rights or  gift anything or reliquish anything.   This is not a proper document.   But to be on a safer side, you just send a legal notice to your brother that youare cancelling the Power of Attorney, if it is registered with the Registrar then send such notice to Registrar also.
