I joined a centran govt office on technical resignation from another central govt office in November 2015. My TA and cost of transporting goods were rejected by my pay office in Dec 2016 after representing to them on first rejection. Please suggest me appropriate course of action in this regard.

what was grade pay you resigned and on what grade pay you joined.

Sir,
My Academic grade pay was 9000 ( Associate Professor) and joined as Professor with academic grade pay 10000.
My technical resignation was accepted by my parent dept and mentioned in the release letter.
