Dear Sir,
I purchased a flat in resale from the buyer at that time the building has no society formed after one year they have formed the society .I paid the registration fees and nominee form in my name now the secretary need transfer form from the buyer.
So i request you give exact detail regarding my nomination in the society and do i pay any transfer charges in the society
