I have joined PSU organisation on Diploma Based. let suppose i got opportunity on Graduation based (Higher education) then is there any problem to get NOC from Working organisation? Can company cancel my NOC application?

What are the conditions of PSU organisation? It will be depend generally as per the terms and conditions of your organisation.

i m in probation in a PSU. But i have been selected in Central Govt. Department. Plz resolve some of my queries.....
Q1: In Probation Period is it necessary to give NOC to the next employer?
Q2: Whether i have to complete the notice period of one month for getting the NOC or can i give10 day notice period to issue me the NOC and relieving letter to the employer.
Q3: Till now i have not submit my attestation form(Police Verification Form) to the PSU. So Will it be a problem to issue me NOC?
