Dear Sir /Ma'am
I am working as Lecturer in Govt Polytechnic,Payscale 15600-39100 GP 5400,got selection through UPPSC,Allahabad,since June 14.Recently I had applied for the post of Asstt Directr of same scale in UP skill Development mission.
Now i got selected for the same.For joining,i am suppose to submit NOC from the deptt..
My Principal of institution & Director of Directorate of technical education Kanpur has forwarded their approval to Governmrnt.
File is pending for approval from secretariat..
Kindly suggest me,would i get NOC from Secretary,Technical Education?since i am in probation period...
please advice me any way out as per law...i m desperate to join new job,and can sacrifice lien even...
