A purchased & registered a plot in Bangalore in 1989. Since then I have been holding the original sale deed, Encumbrance Certificate (Up To date) and Tax paid receipts (Up to date). Mother Deed and Khata weren't given to me at that time and I wasn't aware of that. For putting through EMT to avail a loan from a bank, their panel advocate is askinng for Khata A & extract. Please clarify whether I can avail a loan without the khata? For getting Khata, BBMP is asking for Mother Deed which I am not holding. What is the procedure to get a copy of the Mother Deed?
