I filed RCR where my advocate sent teo notice, one to directy to her address and another to their local court. After inquiry I found that the registered letter to their address is not despatched, so may be they did not accepted it. Simultaneously, the latter is despatched to their local court. So if they will return that letter then how can I go ahead?
Once I filed RCR and in the mean time can I file case against my inlaw that they took to my wife and keeping without any valid reason.
Or, can I request to my regional police for a councelling? or should I wait for RCR?
