Need suggestion on cc issue

Hi all,

My name is Akil.This is regarding our cc account with Punjab National Bank.Due to huge loss in our bussiness we are unable to repay the amount.The total amount is 4lacs 30,000 RS/-.Out of which 30,000 is over due.

I have arranged 3 lacs to repay and close.

I have given registry of home which worth Ruppes 40lacs.That property owner is my mother.The firm on which i have cc loan account is on my name.

Now situation is the bank recovery told that they will sale the property if they would not get whole amount.Is that possible?

is your mother is a guarantor in the loan in any manner whatsoever? Is there any agreement between your mother, yourself and your bank for the CC facility????
