I have bought a flat 2 years back. My flat area is 1350 sq feet and in sale deed it is mentioned 1350 sq feet with UDS admeasuring 39 sq.yards. Is it the correct coversion from sq feet to sq yards?
I bought my flat from landlord of the society but i got to know from other residents that in their sale deed, it is written 40 sq yards as UDS for 1350 sq feet flat.
Is this a serious issue? Do i need to get it rectified? Please suggest
