Need assistance on RTI

DEAR ALL, I have applied RTI for a copy of complaint filled against me by my wife in CAW cell Delhi. I have recived a letter from RTI department stating that " You can get a copy of complaint(9 pages) as furnished by ACP/CAW cell within fortnight after depositing requisite fee of ₹2 per page " I would like to know were do i have to submite this fee? in the caw cell or somewere else? Please guide me
