I need an advice for possible divorce step. My wife has done a complaint against me in women's cell. I am not sure what type of complaint it is. I went to women's cell to ask for a copy of the complaint or just tell me what the complaint is, but I was told that they cannot tell me what I am being accused of. I was surprised to hear that. My in laws have a good influence in police which I suspect they are using here. Contrary to what many people think that husband is usually violent, I have never even spoken in high tone with my wife and never put a finger on her. It is she who is of violent nature and shouts a lot.
What I would like to ask the experts here is if I need to consult a lawyer at this stage. If I do need to consult a lawyer, Is there a good lawyer in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad or Noida who I can reach quickly.
