Need advice on na and tp sanction

Hi,

For any housing society that is being developed in Grampanchayat area,  NA order and TP sanction are two different documents or only one document serves both.  Which are the offices that issue these two documents?

respected sir,

i have 5 acre of non agriculture land in gujarat. i need suggestion that can i use this land for the purpose of agriculture ?

could i grow agriculture crops like potato, waterlelon , fruit crops etc. in this particular land
