Pls help, while filing consumer complaint i made party to chairman / secretray of society. Now chairman / secretary has filed the say that Complainant has not made party to society. so how it will affect my complaint and can i now join society as a party.

Forum is not a court. You can make them parties by filing such petition, explaining for such delay or reasons for not making them parties while filing complaint. There are no strict Civil Procedure Code restrictions in Forums.
