Name removed from 498a chargesheet

My brother in law's wife filed a false 498 against him, me and my wife. We have got my and my wife's name removed from chargesheet(thats what our lawyer confirmed). Only my brother in law and father inlaw's name is in chargesheet. Our lawyer doesn't ans in a convincing manner hence checking here- what should by me and my wife's next step?Not to worry as name is removed or file for quashing? Can we be asked by the court to appear duri g trial?

take a ca copy of charge sheet through your lawyer

yes lawyer said it will be sent to us in 20 days or so. He although never talks or explains clearly. So Krishna, when names are removed does that mean nothing to worry now?

Go to court, visit office of the particular judge.spend money, they will show you the charge sheet, you can find out whether your name is there or not

Go to courts of juridiction. Hire a lawyer, will help you in checking names in charge sheet.You dont have to wait for twently days for checking charge sheet .
