Hi,
Currently i am in Canada and i want to apply visitor visa for my parents. They both have their passport but my mother's name on my passport is different then on her passport. the reason of mismatch is because i used her after marriage name (not legal) when i applied my passport 11-12 years back & she used her legal name when she aplied passport last year, Now one option is to get this corrected on my passport which is only possible from Indian. So i read few forum and discussed this with people & they suggested me to give one affidavit by my mother saying she has 2 names and my passport has different name then my son's passport. So i jut wanted to know will this work to get Canadian visa? Also it would be great if you can send me affidavit format explaining this scenario.
