My advocate is refusing to give NOC?What remedy is available for us?

respected sir I am surya bhaskar reddy i take a loan in hdfc bank for 1019500 rupes and he told me intrest rate is 68 paisa monthly EMi is 28120 rupes he told me total 48 EMIs. but I pay 16 emi and now I want to clear total amount but the bank taking 1.25 paisa intrest please give me suggestions for my problem
